SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels) replace the traditional "stick framing" or masonry 

construction  exterior walls and, in cases where wood trusses are not preferred, the 

roof system. The effects of this advanced product are faster construction time, stronger

structure, a quieter and cleaner interior environment and greater protection from fire damage.

When covered  with traditional brick, or specialized stucco, 

their external appearance is no different from other traditional luxury homes.  

 

 

 

By the same token , interior decoration can be compared favourably with any other method, traditional or otherwise.

 Our offer:

We offer two thickness' of panels, both with EPS foam for improved insulation and fire protection, and sandwiched between two skins of 11.1mm (Grade 3) OSB skins for better strength.

One panel is 11cm thick and has an R-27 insulation value. The other panel is 16cm thick, with an R-41 insulation value.

Each panel is custom manufactured to meet your plans in widths of 1220 mm wide and 2940mm height.
